The Biopharmaceutical Applied Statistics Symposium (BASS) has a contributed poster session. Abstracts should be sent to Anthony Segreti by August 30, 2024, by using the BASS Poster Abstract Form. Notification of acceptance will be communicated no later than September 6, 2024.
Logistics:
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Savannah Historic District does not allow posters to be attached to walls. Therefore, we will display posters on top of the conference room tables. We plan to accommodate posters using a number of different options.
- Print your poster on a 36 inch by 48-inch Tri-Fold Presentation Board. This option will allow the Tri-Fold Board to display on tabletops with no additional mounting.
- Print your poster on glossy/standard paper, transport via cardboard or plastic tube, mount to foam board at BASS (BASS will provide foam board and easels/foam core stands for tabletop display). We can accommodate posters up to 36 inches by 48 inches.
- Print your poster at a local print shop in a format suitable for tabletop display. Foam board and easels/foam core stands can be provided by BASS if needed.
Poster Submission Details and Guidelines:
All poster presentations must be noncommercial and scientific in nature and may not be used as a marketing opportunity.
Registration and Onsite Requirements:
If a poster abstract is accepted, the presenter (typically the primary author) is required to pay the applicable meeting registration fee, related expenses, and must attend the BASS Conference.
Poster session co-authors who would like to be present at the poster session must register by the deadline as well. The Poster session is part of the BASS conference.
If none of the authors are able to attend the meeting, the poster must be withdrawn from the program.
